　　公司核心技术：通过科学设计制砂机破碎腔及石料撞击角度，使石料在破碎腔内行程碰撞、锤击、挤压于一体，充分利用转子旋转所产生的离心风力，使石料在破碎腔内多次、多角度相互撞击，制砂效率高、产量大，砂形好、近似河砂，含粉率低，含粉率、细度模数、连续级配可调可控，有效提升机制砂质量，提升混凝土强度，确保基建工程质量；利用转子旋转所产生的风力，将撞击破碎的成品砂快速引出破碎腔，避免成品砂重复打击成粉、避免成品砂在破碎腔内对石料撞击的阻力，从而提高破碎制砂效率、降低成品砂的含粉率；利用皮带轮、飞轮所产生的风力为轴承散热。新研制的特大型制砂机，攻克多项技术难关，具有双驱动、同步调速、负荷自动调节、自动平衡；单机产量大（0-5mm制砂每小时高达300吨以上），进料粒径最大可达120mm。做到行业极致、世界领先，将成为砂石料行业具市场竞争力的优势产品。新研制的干式制砂工艺技术，风选代替水洗，电热烘干，风量热量循环应用，节能高效，无污泥处理、原料利用率100%，与市场先进的立冲式制砂机水洗制砂相比，收益率增加三成以上；工厂式生产，主机工厂两级密封负压除尘，无粉尘外扬，符合环保要求。该制砂机利用旋转所产生的离心力、风力达到极致，将引领制砂机械新潮流，能更好地为用户创造财富。

        Shaoguan Heli Heavy Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. is located in Muxi Industrial Park, Shaoguan City.
